The project 

Identifying a need for global unification of training, the company realized the need to switch most classroom training to eLearning in 2014.

As such a highly regulated industry with niche requirements, they sought content that could be customized to their specific needs (including adding vital policies and procedures to courses), while remaining dynamic and interactive to engage their employees.

Following a competitive procurement process, the flexibility, adaptability, and dynamism of Kallidus Content secured our partnership, with the Learning and Development Manager stating that we demonstrated the best package, the best content and the most competitive price. To boot, we provided an outstanding standard of customer service.

Utilizing our in-house LMS, the company took our entire course library, allowing them to create a pic’n’mix approach to learning for their teams and empowering their employees to select additional training courses for professional development. The courses were all tailored to fit with the company’s branding and specific learning requirements, ensuring they were always relevant and compliant.

One of the greatest successes has been the ability to use the system on mobile devices such as mobiles and iPads. With an increasing number of ‘digital natives in the workforce’, this method of learning is hugely popular. By making the system easy to access and filled with engaging content, employees are encouraged to actively seek out training and development, without being prompted.
